By using GrainSuite ("the Service"), operated by GrainStudio ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GrainSuite is a lead intelligence platform that helps users discover, enrich, and manage business leads. The Service uses publicly available data from Google Places and other sources.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Spam or harass businesses found through the Service
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limits
• Resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download data from the Service

5. Usage Limits

The Service has usage tiers (Free, Pro, Agency) with monthly limits on lead searches, enrichments, and AI profiles. Exceeding your plan's limits will require an upgrade.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for the current billing period.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Business data provided through the Service comes from publicly available sources.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by GrainStudio. Lead data you generate belongs to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of business data provided through the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

GrainStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
