When you use GrainSuite, we collect:

Account information: Your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
Google account data: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google. We do not access your Google contacts, emails, or other Google data.
Usage data: Lead searches you perform, features you use, and general app usage patterns.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the GrainSuite platform
To authenticate your account
To track your usage limits
To send you important service updates
To improve our product

3. Data We Access from Third Parties

GrainSuite uses Google Places API to search for publicly available business information (business names, addresses, phone numbers, ratings, reviews, and opening hours). This is publicly available data from Google Maps.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Supabase: Our database provider, for storing your account and lead data.
Google: For authentication (Google Sign-In) and business data (Places API).
Vercel: Our hosting provider.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We never store your Google password.

6. Your Rights

You can:

Access your data through your account dashboard
Delete your account by contacting us
Export your lead data

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication sessions only. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
